  • Place the Coke, oinion soup mix, and chili sauce into a slow cooker. Mix thouroughly. Add the roast, coating heavily in sauce mix. Place the lid on the slow cooker, set it to high, cook for 4-5 hours. Pull out of slow cooker, remove string from roast, slice or pull apart the roast into serving size pieces, place meat in a roasting pan. Pour sauce from slow roaster over the meat. DO NOT COVER. Place in 500 degree oven, broil for 10-20 minutes (til the sauce caramilizes). Serve and enjoy!
