Hands down, the BEST chili I have ever made. The only omission were the bacon bits because I forgot to purchase them. This will be perfect for Super Bowl Sunday. I will make Shepherd's Chili bowls too (putting mashed potatoes on top with cheese and baking). Recipe is a keeper!

I thought this was outstanding. I followed the marianade ingredients exactly, however, placed chicken in the marinade for a couple of hours instead of the 10 minutes. This chicken was heavenly. I served with Asian noodles posted by another member on this site.

Sesame Noodle Salad

I have made this a couple of times. I think this salad is Devine hot or cold and serve with the Asian chicken posted by another user.. I purchase the Blue Dragon Egg Noodles from Whole Foods and make entire package.. I run under cold water after cooking to stop the cooking process. I also cut the sesame and soy down to 1/4 cup for each for my own eating preferences. This is great to eat cold. When having with chicken, I will warm up the noodles and they are equally as fabulous. The addition of the balsamic is really a surprise and adds a nice tang.

My Favorite Sesame Noodles

This is a wonderful recipe that I made using the author’s suggested changes. I use Blue Dragon egg noodles (whole foods) instead of Thai noodles for this one. It just works!

I made following the directors and with modifications of either using different vegetables or vegetable broth. Both versions fabulous and addicting.
