Wonderful recipe Kathleen, and the aroma when it was cooking made my guests feel so welcome! I used a bit more of the crushed garlic that is all prepared in a jar, and I didn't have wine, but used apple juice and it was great. Will definately do this one again! Thanks.

Awesome! I only changed a couple things. I added half ketchup and half BBQ sauce ( as previously noted). I love PC beer & chipolte BBQ sauce. I used 2 tsp of salt instead of the 4 listed in the recipe.I added some fresh ground pepper and a couple cloves of garlic. Also covered with foil , and did not baste that much, and they turned out sooo yummy! Thanks! May do them in my slow cooker next time.

Yummy! I also played with the recipe, only added 1 tsp of cinnamom and 1/2 tsp cloves as one member suggested. I added raisins, did not chill the batter or flatten the balls of dough with a fork and they turned out great. I also never grease any pan, I always use parchement paper to bake on and would not bake without it! So the cookies were great, Thanks!

Wonderfull! I 've made this several times now & always asked for the recipe.I follow the recipe as is, I also use a "home cured" bacon I get at a local meat store and wrap the each piece of chicken in 2 pieces of bacon. I tie the bacon on with a piece of string ( not too tight) & found it holds better & remove just before serving. Thanks again for this tasty, impressive recipe!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

I read all the reviews and baked them ( they are so good), and here is my final "tweeking". The cream cheese filling is too runny, so I simply left out the egg & it turned out with a much better consistencey , more like the cheese cake centre I was looking for.I use white sugar for the cream cheese filling. For the topping I use brown sugar. I also used vegtable oil, not olive oil. I use nutmeg also in the batter, or sometimes I use the pumpkin pie filling which has spices in it for that extra spice.I use paper liners in my muffin tins, put some batter in, then some cheese mixture, more batter & finally the topping and the cream cheese stays in the centre.I bake at 350 degrees also. These are expensive to make , so I hope this helps all of you make perfect muffins!
