I made this as a stuffing for bell peppers and it turned out well. I doubled the spices per other reviews. My husband really liked it. I’m waiting for my son’s opinion...

My family loves this chili. So I'm trying this for the school chili cookoff! I make it in the crockpot and that way it saves me time at night! Hope that it's a success!

Caramelized Onion Dip

YUMMY!!!!! This was better than store bought! Unfortunately, the first time I made it, I overcooked the onions - you MUST cook them LOW and SLOW. I made it a second time and did a much better job with the caramelizing. Make sure you let the flavors meld as long as possible - overnight. I added garlic, just because I love it. It goes well with veggies or chips!

My family loves this recipe! I make the rice ahead, the more days the better. Otherwise, I think it's great as written, but you can always add veggies or cook the egg separately as other reviewers have suggested. It's flexible and easy and YUMMY!!!

This is a great recipe to bend to your will! It's good as it is, but it's flexible to add veggies you have around or change up spices or cheese to make it more appealing to your own personal taste. I liked it because it's easy to do, filling and no meat! Thank you for the recipe.

I’m working on building a plant based diet with foods that are as unprocessed as possible, but easy to prepare. This is a surprisingly tasty recipe. It’s filling and versatile, accommodating a variety of grains and veggies. I make it ahead on Sunday and have lunch ready to go the next morning. Thank you for a great new addition to my recipe box!
