  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except dressing. Add half of the dressing to the coleslaw, then mix again. Add remaining dressing in increments until at desired consistency.

  • Can be eaten immediately, but flavors will meld more completely if placed in a sealed container overnight in the refrigerator.

  • Serve with flavored tortilla chips (guacamole chips, red or blue corn tortilla chips, etc.) as "scoops" for the coleslaw.

  • NOTE: This slaw has a spicy kick, which becomes more apparent over time. Only add additional peppers after the flavors have had time to combine in the refrigerator.
