Life is like soup. A lot of little things go in to make something great. Although I'm not a "foodie" my waistline would say otherwise. Seriously there's not much I haven't tried and there's not much that I don't like although I will say organ meats are not my very best favorites. I've been cooking since I was eight years old and I've learned a few tricks along the way. My influences were my parents and my Aunt Tiny(she made the best "ugly chocolate cake"). I'm a proud Southerner and its reflected in my cooking but I am by no means a culinary snob! I'm just as comfortable cooking chicken cacciatore as I am ham and red-eye gravy with a side of butter beans.
