I made it for side dish to go with pork roast. I couldn't stop eating it

I did not change a thing and they turned out perfect

My daughter who has just returned from Greece and ate her fill of Chicken Souvlaki said "It's just like being in Greece all over again"

We enjoyed this meal. I served it with some garlic bread and salad.
