Was very easy to make. It's more italian than spanish, reminded me of cacciatore. Followed directions but added carrots for that real beef stew feel. It is delicious. Thank you for posting this.
Very easy and moist. I did follow someones suggestion and added 2 tsp garlic powder to the mix. I also used 2 tsp of spicy brown mustard not the dry in the recipe and it gave the sauce a little kick. Loved it. Aluminium on top and bottom made clean up easy.
The only change i made was that i added 1 tsp of sriracha sauce to add a kick. They were great. Perfect for the grill. Made with potato salad and it was a perfect meal.
Its was super moist but the outside it did not get crispy and i would have preferred it a little less soft.
Perfect for a cold rainy night. I followed everything except i quartered the tomatillos and added them straight into the water for larger pieces.
Easy and delicious. Took everyone's advice and used half the jar. Served it on Hawaiian bread rolls and it was excellent.
