This recipe is easy to make and delicious!! My kids don't like pie crust but love pumpkin pie so this was a great alternative for us. Very easy to make. This was gone in a matter of days and there was a fight over the last piece! Only change we changed was to leave out the nuts (picky eaters at our house).
