My husband and I LOVED this - it was easy to make and tasted great. I also increased the peanut sauce (I actually quadrupled it, so that we would have lots of peanut sauce - glad I did). I used basmati rice rather than white rice and it was really delicious with the chicken/sauce. This will be a regular dish in our house! (And I don't like things really spicy, so I was worried about the cayenne, but it actually wasn't too spicy (though there is a little kick).
Excellent! I substituted pineapple for cherries, cut back on the sugar (there is plenty of sweetness already) and split coconut oil and butter, rather than adding all the butter. Very good! Will definitely make it again.
I left out marrow and also used chicken stock (my main dish was chicken). I didn't use all the stock (and I didn't even have enough to begin with), but I was worried that the rice would have been overcooked, so I stopped pouring it in before the container was empty. I also let the saffron sit in a tiny bit of wine to draw out the flavor and color. It was a beautiful yellow, delicious dish.
Didn't love this, it just didn't do it for us. We don't love artichokes enough (I used a jar of hearts).
We loved this! I left out the lemon, and rolled the chicken in the panko after I put the mustard mix on it. I also added goat cheese inside the provolone wrapped asparagus. My husband loved it and thought that it looks very professional!!
I made a couple of changes - used balsamic vinegar, and instead of feta, I cut up cubes of mozzarella. Also, threw in some pine nuts. It was really delicious!!!
I will definitely make this again - it is a new favorite!
Delicious! I also cooked the asparagus differently - I steamed it for about 7 minutes and it was just perfect!
I used regular basmati, so added extra water and veg oil so I could cook it longer, and it was really delicious!
So good and really easy. I followed the recipe exactly, except I cut up the chicken into 1 inch piece. I made it with the angel hair and it was good, but then made it with Parmesan Asparagus Basmati Rice and it was even better!! This will be a staple for us!
I left out the cherries because I don't like them, and it was delicious. I may cut the added sugar in the future because it was plenty sweet from the pineapple, bananas and coconut. I got lots of compliments on how moist and delicious it was. Will def make again.
