Tender beef tenderloin that melts in your mouth. Served with a buttery mushroom sauce.

2-3 lb beef tenderloin
1/4-1/2 lb melted butter
3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Worchestshire sauce
lb button mushrooms (stems removed)

Directions

Instructions Checklist

Step 1
Preheat oven at 375.

Place meat in cake pan.
Step 3
Stir together butter, ketchup, worchestshire sauce. Then add mushrooms to sauce. Pour sauce over meat (at this time it can be refrig. till ready to cook).
Step 4
Bake for 45 min. then check to see if its to your liking, if not cook longer.
Step 5
Slice and serve with sauce/mushrooms on the side.
