  • Preheat oven at 375.

  • Place meat in cake pan.

  • Stir together butter, ketchup, worchestshire sauce. Then add mushrooms to sauce. Pour sauce over meat (at this time it can be refrig. till ready to cook).

  • Bake for 45 min. then check to see if its to your liking, if not cook longer.

  • Slice and serve with sauce/mushrooms on the side.
