I found a 7 oz. box of large pearl tapioca in the cupboard yesterday and let it soak in 4 cups of water overnight. This morning I set out to find the best recipe and this is very good chocolate pudding! I used unsweetened/unflavored coconut milk to make it dairy-free, and a stevia blend in place of the sugar with good results. I'll be making this pudding again!
Made this cake with the kids on a snow day today. We added chocolate chips and I'm glad we did because the cocoa alone would not have been chocolaty enough for our tastes. Poured ours into mini muffin tins and baked for 25 minutes. So easy and so yummy! Who needs to buy cake mix anymore?
Super easy and delicious recipe. I stopped adding in sugar at 1 & 1/2 cups and skipped the milk because the frosting just looked "finished."
This is a very yummy casserole. I omitted the cottage cheese because I wanted to cut down on the amount of lactose and it's still nice and cheesy. Next time I will up the eggs to 12.
My family and dinner guests just raved over these brownies! They are delicious. I followed Gloria Lee's modified/perfected recipe found at the top of the reviews. Next time I will do the same, but decrease the sugar. Worked great using coconut oil instead of butter and all dark chocolate chips (needed to be lactose free).
Very yummy. However I didn't have any curry paste. I decided to substitute a Tbsp. of cayenne pepper infused olive oil and we were pleased with the results.
To reduce the amount of butter use 1 stick of butter, 1/4 cup flax seed meal, and 1/4 cup olive oil. We love these cookies, even without chocolate chips in them. They turn out great in a mini muffin tin--I usually get 24 mini muffins plus 3 cookies.
I used just 2 tb. of butter and swapped the white sugar with brown sugar. Served this dish for dinner with pineapple chunks and chicken patties. My family really liked it! I enjoyed having "all" the pancakes done at once so I could sit down with everyone and enjoy my meal.
This was amazing! The changes I made were to reduce the cayenne to a dash, use 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and increase the chili powder to a tablespoon and the cinnamon to half a teaspoon. Oh, and I left out the cilantro because we don't like it. It makes enough to be the main dish for my family of three.
A great dessert that can double as a breakfast treat!
