Simple and delicious! Took almost no time to make and was great! I may suggest keeping some extra soy on the table, a few eaters preferred it a little more salty.
Easy and Awesome! However, I use a creamy blue instead of ranch.
So easy and delicious!
Everyone loved this at my latest party! Recommendation: make more!
Recipe was easy, not too messy and delicious!! Added just a little more milk to the batter to thin and to save time I didn't drain them on a rack. I just went from the batter to the bread crumbs to the fryer and they turned out great! Adding a little dried Quaker Oats to the bread crumbs was a good touch as well. Served them with homemade hidden valley ranch which is a favorite in our house. I will definitely make these again, everyone loved them!
Awesome! My fiance and I are on a diet and this was an excellent meal! He's hard to please but he really enjoyed this dish. The only thing I did differently was that I doubled the bread crumbs. Made it stay together nicely which may have been the problem in some of the other reviews I read.
Had to cook it longer than it said but was excellent!
Pretty good. We had it with Mac & Cheese and it went together really well...especially if you like ketchup with your mac & cheese.
Sooo good! I used 1/2 zest 1/2 lemon juice and I thought it was perfect! Served it over arugula and chicken cutlets for a dinner party we were having and everyone loved it! Also great because you don't need much to coat a salad, it's very light.
Really great, pretty healthy, chicken dish. Cooked exactly 30 minutes and they were perfect. I used panko bread crumbs because I think they offer a better crunch. Also, I cooked the chicken on a cooling rack and flipped them half way through so that they wouldn't get soggy on the bottom. A trick I learned watching America's Test Kitchen.
Pretty good and very easy. Watch over cooking them, they cook fast! I think mine were done in 25 minutes!
