I made this casserole and put a Mew Mexoco flare. Instead of soup I used green chile enchilada sauce The last cheese I added tortilla chips for texture It was great !!
I made this easy recipe for supper. While cooking it smelled great. I did dredge the minute steaks in flour, garlic powder and pepper. I used 1 can of creamy onion soup and 1 can of water After browning the meat I placed I 13x9 baking dish and covered with tinfoil. Cooked exactly 1 hour and served with mashed potatoes. It was delicious. I wish I had thickened the gravy before serving but there were NO LEFTOVERS at all. I'll make this again for sure
A great Friday nite choice with homemade tarter sauce. Added another egg to make cakes hold shape. Will definitely make again
This was a yummy and easy recipe for a cold evening. I made it exactly according to recipe and found it to be moist and an excellent pairing for potatoes and carrots. I cooked in a 8x9 pan with potatoes and carrots cut up along side in the baking dish. I did cover with tin foil and uncovered during last 15 minutes. Leaving it to set on the stove 10 minutes before serving made it stand up nice on the plate. With a side salad my entire family loved supper. Will definitely make again.
In New Mexico USA we call this Beef Enchiladas and serve it on a bed of shredded lettuce with crushed tortilla chips black olives and sour cream on top. Good recipe !
This casserole is quick to pull together with pantry items I had on hand. I used fresh Anaheim peppers I roasted earlier in the week. So tastee everyone wanted seconds.
A Crowd Fav then family gatherings. For color add crumbled bacon. Everything is better with bacon !
I marinated 4 hours before I fried it in peanut oil The crispy coating was delicious and the tang of the buttermilk combined with Louisiana Hot Sauve gave it a little bite. Loved this recipe with roasted potatoes and corn on the cob (in season)
