I had this in a resturant once, have tried and failed to duplicate it, but now I have had success. This recipe is great hot or cold, it is definitely not low calorie, but it's fast and tasty.

  • *Boil noodles according to package directions.

  • *Start melting the butter in a seperate sauce pan on medium low heat for about 10 to 15 minutes, you want the butter a nice golden brown.

  • *Grate myzithra cheese.

  • *Add the garlic cloves when the butter is starting to turn brown and cook for about a minute.

  • *Drain spaghetti noodles and rinse under luke warm water, just to cool them a bit and put into a large bowl.

  • *Add butter to noodles and mix well and then add cheese and mix well.

  • *Serve with parmesan cheese.
