I made this recipe exactly as written and it was perfect. I lied actually I added two shots of espresso into the mix and chopped pecans on top. ??

Delicious muffins though I did not have all the ingredients on hand, I used dried apricots, blueberries, cherries, and fresh cranberries. Also I substituted the hazelnuts for pecans.

Absolutely delicious, I used raspberries rather than strawberries out of personal preference. I also substituted for powdered sugar in the cream cheese.
Delicious!!! I added coconut extract to give it extra flavor.
