Excellent and simple recipe. I had about half the amount of garlic scapes so I reduced the recipe such. Came out perfectly. Now I want to put it on everything even though it'll give you some garlic breath. :-). This is a keeper!
I made the recipe exactly as directed and it was fantastic! I've never been one to order this at a restaurant, but I've had friends who were obsessed with this dish. Now that I have this recipe I will never order this out, it's so easy and tasty! My whole family, including my picky toddler ate this up. I served it alongside angel hair pasta and zucchini. I think it really helped to use both the masala wine and sherry. I also use real butter and extra virgin olive oil. Fake butter /margarine has an odd taste to me. One shortcut I used was to out the flour mixture in a zip lock bag and put the chicken in the bag, shake it up, and voila, totally dredged with easy cleanup. I always do my dredging this way.
