It's fine. I didn't taste the lime at all. I really only tasted the brown sugar which gave the chicken a nice sweetness.
The ground beef was too mushy and the cornbread turned into a crust, not a bread. I added a can of diced tomatoes and should have added corn. It also needs a lot more seasoning. I do not plan on making this again.
Resembles the consistency of chocolate cake/brownie, but does taste like chocolate. I added chocolate sauce, hot chocolate fudge and chopped up candy bars and still couldn't match the chocolate taste of real chocolate cake.
No flavor. Very creamy but couldn't taste anything.
Very good. It only needed 4 hours to cook. Great flavor, not salty at all. The sauce gave the chicken a nice glaze. Then I put the chicken under the broiler for 10 minutes to give it a crust.
Didn't work. It tastes like egg which isn't that bad with the cheese and oregano. It has been cooking for 90 minutes now and is still way too soft for my liking. That is after using an entire roll of paper towels to dry the cauliflower. Using a dish towel would have left lint. Looks like it will just be hot wings for dinner tonight. Will not try again.
Added water to make it exactly like the salsa at my favorite mexican restaurant.
