I've been cooking since I was a kid, pretending to be Julia Child and making "salads" with leftovers from my mom's dishes. As a Type 1 diabetic since the age of 3, I grew up with an interest in nutrition and later earned a B.S. in nutrition in Massachusetts. After co-supervising and directing dietetic departments for several hospitals, I've simplified my life and enjoy cooking healthy, gluten free meals for myself, my husband and kids, friends, and family.
