Moroccan Lentil Soup with Veggies

Rating: 5 stars 83
My family and I have been trying to eat healthy, so I started adding veggies to all my soups. This recipe is easy to make, fun, and delicious. You can modify it in many ways; add your own favorite cooking oil, as well as your own greens. Serve with toasted rosemary bread. Yum!

Italian Lentil Soup

Rating: 4.5 stars 12
I wanted to make something substantial involving lentils... and this was truly delicious and colorful. My steak-and- potatoes-lovin' husband thought it was great, and he didn't even complain that it didn't have actual meat in it. Garnish with grated Romano or Parmesan cheese and serve with a nice crusty homemade bread.

Party Italian Wedding Soup

Rating: 4.5 stars 138
A large batch of traditional Italian Wedding soup. This soup offers plenty of meat, carbohydrates and veggies. Perfect with Italian bread. For the pasta, I use acini di pepe, but you could use any small shape you desire, like shells or orzo.

Lentil Soup III

Rating: 4.5 stars 272
As a busy college student, I don't have much time to eat, let alone cook. I've been making this soup for myself my whole college career, since it's a soup my mom made when I was growing up. This soup is illegally easy and incredibly good for you. Eat it up! You can add sliced, shredded, or diced cooked chicken to the soup when it is almost ready. This soup is delicious, but it can be a surprisingly dull color. You can make it more attractive by serving it with a thin slice of lemon on top and a sprinkle of chopped parsley or chives.
