Excellent. I serve the sauce on the side though. Simmer it on the stove for a few minutes for the flavors to blend and allow all to add as much as they like. I love it but it is a bit spicy. A really great recipe and my family loves it

Excellent. I also sear the roast before putting in crockpot but not sure that really makes any difference. In addition I also put veggies in with a few cloves of garlic. Best roast I've ever tasted.

Outstanding!!!!!! Just as is. My family loves this recipe. Hard to find a 4 lb roast at the local market so I get a couple of 2 lb roasts, eat one and put the other in the frig. Next day slice it razor thin while cold and its awsome. Almost has a Pastrami taste to it.

GREAT Ribs. A couple of changes. I thought it'd be a good idea to add a wee touch of liquid smoke. Well the lid came off and I ended up adding a BUNCH. Well, it turned out great, the sauce was wonderful and ribs had a great hickory smoked taste. Last half hour I threw them on the grill, indirect heat and then back in the slow cooker. Awsome ribs. 4 lbs just was'nt enough
