One of my kids favorites
Melt Margarine in large sauce pan on medium low heat, blend in flour, salt, pepper, accent. Heat until mixture bubbles. Remove from heat and gradually add milk. Open jar of chipped beef and soak beef in luke warm water to remove excess salt. Dry beef between papaer towels and slice into strips. Return milk and flour mixture to heat and add beef. Stir CONSTANTLY until comes to slight boil, reduce heat and continue striring until thickens.
