Baked Potato Soup
I shared this recipe with my friends and we all loved it (husbands included). Some added more bacon, some used less. But we all agreed that this was the soup potato soup we had in a long time.
Black Bean Soup I
I used a smoked ham bone and a little less water (too soupy). It is a very good base soup. I'll make it again. I soaked the beans for 8 hours and they were super soft after 1 hour of cooking.
I thought it was a bit dry. I am a native German and it worked well with my other German dishes. It might have been the kind of potato I used.
Blueberry Zucchini Bread
I can't believe I forgot the brown sugar on top. I ate them hot because I could not stop myself. Very moist and the blueberries need to be fresh. I also added wheat flower and an oil substitute.
