Heidi’s Lazy Cabbage roll Casserole
I’m a lil bit of this n that kinda cook. I love using spices and food I have in mY kitchen. I made this mixture to make stuffed peppers, but I had so much mixture left over, I decided to make a lazy cabbage casserole to freeze for another night. I brought this casserole to our cabin, and my favorite sister-in-law loved it so much, she asked me to re-create it and send her the recipe. So here it is, made with Love.

Zesty Chickpea Salad
I tried the tri-colored chickpea salad from Costco, it was so good, I had to make a home-made version for less than half the price. This Low fat, high protein, salad is great to make ahead for a BBQ or to bring for a potluck party. Yummy...

Easy Cheerio Coconut Rum balls
This is a yummy recipe for rumballs, and it costs a lot less to make than orignal recipes. I had 4 people try the little balls, and they thought they were great!
Neatballs Not Meatballs
These are extremely healthy, raw, meatless meatballs. Full of flavor, enzymes, healthy fats, and proteins. You will need a food processor, and to keep it RAW, a dehydrator. The nuts require soaking, so I recommend soaking them in a pot before bed, then they will be ready to drain and prepare in the morning.
A party appetizer to get the party going. This sweet, adult only appetizer is fun party favorite. You can change the color and your choice of alchohol, just keep the same measurings. If you really want to get creative, you can pour the liquid into a flat pan, and use halloween cut outs. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
