I made this for my husband and he really enjoyed it. He thought it was tender and flavorful. The only negative feedback was the lack of thick barbecue sauce. I think next time I'll just exclude the water.

I made this and it was a hit. I did season the pork in the refrigerator for two hours with garlic, salt, onion, and pepper.
