Even better than what the most well-known mexican restaurants serve! Just the right amount of everything an addicting chip salsa needs. You'll get great feedback from a crowd with this one!
Very good - would make again. If you don't want too rich of a flavor, cut the garlic, butter, and parsley in half and throw in some shrimp. Perfecto!
Not the best for snacking, but might be good to give grilled chicken a punch.
Really good! I've found it be better with only 2 tbs of cilantro and the whole 4oz can of green chilis. Add 1 tsp of sugar, and you'll be eating this days!
These are delicious! Only bad part was I ate a couple before packing them up. Made for the perfect morning snack after camping.
Interesting approach to meatloaf, but pretty good none the less. Extremely easy even for the bachelor and better than the frozen section!
This is a great go to dish any day of the week. Next time I think I'll try pounding the chicken and balance the citrus with something sweet.
This was tasty, but I have to agree that the chipotle overpowered the dish. Halfway through enjoying it our noses were running! Unless you are one of those people who put tabasco on everything, I think 1 tbsp would do this meal nicely.
I have to agree with previous comments. The seasoning is not very flavorful and doesn't really compliment the pork. I would leave out the sage and creole seasoning and add in some red pepper flakes, onion powder and thyme.
Really good, packed with lots of flavor that blends well with the potatoes. Red pepper flake dishes are always a big hit in my house!
Pretty good. Homemade seasonings are definately better than buying those package mixes. As far as the corn flour, it's essential for the flavor, but I did feel the overall taste was a little bland. To answer a previous question, corn flour is like masa used in various latino foods. It's not the same as corn starch. It's found in the mexican food isle of the grocery store and sometimes is called corn masa or masa harina.
Pretty good, I would probably make this again to my taste with more a little more garlic and use 1 1/2 cups of chicken stock instead.
