These are addicting. We've made 3 batches for different get togethers in the past 2 weeks and have gooten rave reviews everywhere!! I reduced the oil to 1/3 cup and combined the oil and pretzels first in the ziplock bag. I then added the seasoning mix to the pretzels/oil and mixed it well. I skipped the marinade and popped it in the oven for 15 minutes at 300, stirring every 5 minutes. Awesome recipe!!!

This is my new favorite appetizer. I used frozen strawberries and omitted the bananas and served with wheat thin chips instead of the chips noted here due to time constraints. I couldn't stop eating them. Got rave reviews from others too.

YUM!!! Made this for a brunch and all of my guests went back for seconds. Used only 1 can of no sugar added apple pie filling and 12 slices of bread in a 9x13 pan. All other ingredients as listed. Wonderful addition to a brunch!!!

Didn't like this one at all. Way too many potatoes and very dry. I followed the recipe exactly as written except left out the peppers (to appease the kids)

Connie's Zucchini "Crab" Cakes

These were excellent! I used summer squash intead of zucchini and dry cornbread stuffing instead of the breadcrumbs just to use up some things in my pantry. I added the flour into the mixture instead of dredging it since it was too hard to handle otherwise. I also added a bit of onion salt and garlic salt to the mixture. The recipe makes 8-10 small/medium cakes. YUM!

My family has used this recipe for many years and it is one of our favorites. We leave out the green pepper since no one likes it much in our house, but leave everything else as specified in the recipe. It is a great "breakfast for dinner" recipe for busy weeknights.

OUTSTANDING!!!! Best dessert recipe I've made in a while and very easy to make. I used fresh peaches in place of the canned and added pecans to the topping. I also followed the advice of others and melted my butter and poured on top of the cake mix. Delish!!

We did NOT like this a bit - kids wouldn't even eat it and I barely got it down. VERY salty (and I love salty foods normally) and no flavor other than soy sauce. I followed the recipe exactly (something I rarely do) and tasted the sauce as it cooked - tasted too salty, so I added a few tablespoons of sugar to help balance it out (according to the reviews)and served it - ICK!! Won't be making again!
