I've made this recipe twice, once with cheddar cheese- as the recipe suggests- and once with Sargento's mozzarella & asiago with roasted garlic blend, and personally I preferred the mozzarella blend. But it's a great quick and easy recipe. I also added mushrooms and loved it.
This recipe was pretty bland, it needs something else to give it more flavor. Also I would use less alfredo sauce, much of it was wasted in the bottom of the pan.
We've made this recipe more than once, the avocado makes it very fresh...great for a summertime dinner on an outdoor patio!
This is the best quiche recipe that I've tried. It's so good that I make it all year long, not just during the summer as the name suggests!
I liked using cheese as the crust, but I wasn't a big fan of the rest. I agree with previous reviewers, it doesn't taste much like quiche. I like spinach but this was just too much. It probably would've been better if we had added other ingredients.
We were disappointed by this recipe. I was stuck eating the leftovers...which were surprisingly a bit better than on the night we made it...but we won't make this again.

This was pretty good, but I wouldn't recommend using the spaghetti noodles to secure the chicken, we didn't have any toothpicks so we used dry noodles as the recipe suggests but ours opened up while cooking.
