A recipe passed to me from my great-grandmother, these cakes are light and not too sweet. The cardamom and rosewater give it a distinctive Persian flavor. These are best served with hot tea or coffee.
Perfectly Moist Irish Wheaten Bread

Traditional Pita Breads
This is a great pita bread recipe I got from a friend who works at a great Greek restaurant here in my town. Slice pita in half and fill pockets with your favorite filling, or for dipping, cut into wedges and pan fry in a little olive oil.
This recipe comes from my mother-in-law in Canada. It's the most moist corn bread that I have ever tasted. It's great with chili con carne or as stuffing for your holiday turkey.
