This is a no brainer for ease and flavor. I made no changes but many options could easily be applied such as roasted garlic or blue cheese. If you don't own a ricer, make it your next gadget purchase. Perfect every time out
Great flavors. Not as crisp as expected but we will do this again. The previous comments are spot on. Parmesan is only enough to cover 2 lbs. wings and the recipe is a bit salty. I had wings that were neither injected nor brined but I used the recipe as presented, which is an sop for me. Will reduce salt next time which will be quite soon
Made as presented and turned out great. This a very simple yet tasty meatloaf. I may try the traditional substitution of pork and/or veal for a portion of the beef. Rempel rocks!
