My only substitutions from the recipe which I find absolutely brilliant, the recipe not bragging about my substitutions??, were tomato paste Doppio instead of ketchup and sour cream instead of cream cheese to add into the mashed potatoes – that’s my personal mashed potatoes recipe thing. I also added some chives into the mashed potatoes cause Thats how my grandma taught me to make them?. This is a great recipe, absolutely authentic and a real crowdpleaser. five stars for sure?
A good foundational salsa recipe, but without onions and 1-1.5 jalepenos it's way too bland. Fresh Tomatoes from the farmer's market help a lot too. Canned tomatoes are never good in any recipe.
added some cumin and a pinch of curry powder and a ton of garlic to the sautee'd chicken. Fabulous meal for a wet, rainy night.
I added 3 coves of finely dice garlic and some parsely garnish. A lovely meal for a cold winter night
perfect. I made two dipping sauces. 1. red pepper, white wine vinegar and honey. 2. with cilantro, jalapeno, heavy cream and mayonaise. It was spectacular.
escellent. I added some sherry and some dill, rosemary and chives from my garden.
I added some aromatics -- thyme, herbs de provence to the baking cycle and left out the salt. Totally unnecessary with pork. I also used Panko instead of breadcrumbs. Try it, you won't be sorry
I added some sweet and also some smoked paprika, just a little dusting. They came out perfect some the best potatoes I ever had
Tasty. Only three stars since my BBQ sauce tastes run more to dark and smokey, but this was really tangy and zesty
I added 6 ozs of crab cause I like crab. The red wine vinegar really tied the dish together. Loved it.
