This is delicious. It's the recipe on the Hellman's Mayonnaise jar. I've made it many times and add a little parmesan cheese to the crumbs.
Just made this recipe for the first time. Delicious. I did add a few panko crumbs to the crushed onions and placed the chicken on thick sliced onions (someone else had suggested this). Reheated leftovers in a frying pan...very good. This is a keeper.
This was easy and delicious...no leftovers. The only changes that I made were to put half of the potatoes, cheese, potatoes , and cheese which several others suggested and threw a little cheddar on the top. Great.
I had way too many ripe peaches and this recipe seemed like a great way to use up some of them. Instead of a cake, I made 11 large cupcakes. Thanks to others suggestions, I used only 1 1/4 cup sugar (plenty sweet enough) and 1/2 cup oil. I used 1/4 cup OJ and extra peaches to make up the difference. I used peach juice and confectioners sugar for a light glaze after cupcakes had cooled a bit. These cupcakes were delicious and the extra cupcakes freeze great. Will definitely make again.
I didn't make any changes except that I used dried oregano instead of the fresh oregano sprigs. I thought they really were not bad, but not worth the effort to make them.
I followed the recipe pretty much. I did cut back on the cheese to 1 cup of cheddar/mozzarella mix and the parmesan cheese, added a few portabella mushrooms cut up small to the cheese mixture, and used 2 tbsps of butter and half the crumbs(used panko) . A few personal changes and it is a true favorite .
Will definitely make again.
This stew is delicious. I have made it many times and it is a real favorite.
I only had a cup of fresh peaches so I cut the recipe to 1/4 of the called for ingredients and cooked it for 20 minutes instead of 30. Served it with vanilla bean frozen yogurt and it was to die for. I will definitely make it again.
Sorry. These were a little too cakey for us. Wouldn't make again
I’ve made these muffins several times and everybody loves them. I followed the recipe with two changes: 1. Used pecans instead of walnuts because of a walnut allergy and 2. Used more rhubarb in muffins and added a few finely chopped pecans to topping. These are our favorite muffins. Love the sweetness with the tartness of the rhubarb.
