I make these every Christmas. They can be changed by just changing the extract flavor!
Very easy to do in a food processor. Family loved them! Second batch I used vanilla rum and was even better.
I'm supposed to stay away from fried foods, but have come up with a way to still enjoy egg rolls, & etc. I made them according to the directions except I placed them on a buttered (margarine) baking sheet and brushed the tops with eggwhite and water (1 egg white 1 Tbsp water). Have also used Pam Spray and still turned out great! A lot less grease and still crispy.
It is sooo cold this morning, so I lit the oven and cruised the recipes here. This is quick, easy and good! Husband had maple syrup on his, and I had all fruit jam. Delicious!
We don't need the added calories so instead of oven roasting, I used my rotesserie. It was delicious! Served with steamed vegetables and a small baked sweet potato.
Added M&M to the yellow cake mix cookie recipe. It's easy, quick and though it doesn't make as many as my usual recipe, it's great for surprise guest. BTW you can add anything like choice of nuts, or candies that can be baked.
