I just soaked for a few seconds. My boyfriend likes french toast "crispy". This way came out great. Next time, when hes not around, I will soak as recomended. The OJ gave wonderful flavor.
First time, not so crispy. Second time I was more careful and they came out delish.
My local grocer didnt have filets, so the butcher talked me into new york strip steaks. I LOVE THIS RECIPE! I marinated the steaks for 2 days because I prepared a weekends worth of food in advance and we ate them on Sunday. SO GOOD! I used dijon mustard since I didnt have ground. The flavor was so amazing and the steaks were so juicy.

wow, really great pancake recipe. i didnt have soy so i used 2%. these were so amazing! i added some bananas. soooo moist. the olive oil sounded weird to me but i did it any way. i will def be making these again and again!
