Not only does everyone in my family love this recipe, but you can make it gluten free and dairy free :)
My measurements were a little sloppy so I used a tad splash more lemon juice or whatever, but this recipe turned out super amazing and is super amazingly easy to make. It will definitely be our go-to coleslaw dressing for the forever future :) Everyone loved it and it is soy-free which makes it better in our household for the couple people allergic to soy products. Excellent. And of course, gluten free which is something I need. So yippie. Winner winner coleslaw dinner! Absolutely full of flavour and excellent for pulled pork.
This was only ok for us. We all thought it was missing seasoning and much prefer the other recipes we have made. It was very simple and very easy to make, though. And for that reason alone I would recommend it in a pinch but I would also suggest adding some herbs and pepper.
This is my most favourite recipe for pulled port and have used pork loin as well as shoulder roast usually intended for pulled pork. Every person who has tried it has loved it. I do not soak in the brine over night if it is too last minute a decision and usually put extra maple syrup in it. I will keep playing with it, but no matter what I do if I keep the recipe to the ingredients, it never fails to impress.
