My first batch just cooled and I gave my golden and boxer their first taste. They are both at my feet here in the kitchen because they know that the treats are on the rack on the counter. It looks like a 5 star recipe.
I made it gluten free by using cup 4 cup. I had 7 organic bananas which were tiny and equaled about 3 large. Definately a keeper!
Followed recipe but used 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice in place of cinn and nutneg. Great cookies!
I used chinese 5 spice in place of the cinnamon and allspice. I often us it in breads and cookies. I cut down the sugar a bit.
