Hawaiian Chicken Katsu Curry
Ok, this is not a Hawaiian recipe, but it is my copycat of a wonderful dish served in a famous Hawaiian restaurant in California. The sauce takes a little time, you can make it that morning or a day before serving to make this a breeze. I serve on jasmine rice spiked with carrots and peas.

Easter Traditions Salad
This salad is an Easter tradition in our family. The ingredients and flavors say spring, but it is delicious any time of year! Skip the appetizers, the abundance of shrimp make this an appetizer and salad in one. Enjoy!

This is a soupy take on everyone's favorite italian dish, lasagna, but with much less work. All of the warm, comforting flavors are still there, though.

My Most Requested Dinner Salad
This is my most requested salad recipe ever. It's a staple at family gatherings, potlucks and dinner parties. I think the blue cheese and pepper flavors make this a great accompanyment to beef, but my friends and family tell me it tastes great with anything!

Italian Pressed Sandwiches
These cold sandwiches are perfect for picnics, tailgates, and packed lunches. The flavors pop by pressing the sandwich overnight in the refrigerator with weights on top, sometimes referred to as "brick" sandwiches. I use old textbooks as weights, but feel free to use bricks if you like! For a really cute presentation I wrap each serving in parchment paper and tie with baker's twine.
Corn and crab chowder with BACON
So yummy and comforting, serve with oyster crackers and Tabasco on the side.
Party Size Asian Salad
This is one of my most requested salads at picnics, pot lucks, and holidays. Find your biggest salad bowl, it serves a crowd as a side. Make it the night before if you like, but add the dressing and rice noodles just before serving.
