Wine-Cooked Pork Tenderloin/Slow Cooker
A simple pork tenderloin recipe for the slow cooker with flavors of a fancy feast! The roast soaks up the wonderful flavor combination of onion, wine and garlic, all of which come together to make a delicious au jus.
Ice Cream Muffins
It's an e-z recipe, just 2 ingredients and so delicious. It's been in my family since 1955.
We just started adding the Cayenne and chili powder to the original recipe, as eveyone claimed the mixture was bland. Funny how it wasn't bland for the 32 years they're been eating it!
Pork n' Chili Fixin's
This is my own recipe. I formally used Rotel tomatoes with chilies, but our grocery store of out of it, so I picked up several cans of Rotel Chili Fixin's instead. The recipe tastes so much better. This is best cooked in a crockpot.
No Cook Peanut Butter Fudge
This was my mom's favorite recipe which I prepare at least once per month. It dates back to 1950.
Asian Spiced Nuts
I make this recipe every month either for snacking or as a gift. You can use any kind of individual nuts..almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts or a blend of 2 different nuts. I've been making this recipe for years.
