Ice Cream Muffins

Rating: 4 stars 23
It's an e-z recipe, just 2 ingredients and so delicious. It's been in my family since 1955.

Chili Pecans

We just started adding the Cayenne and chili powder to the original recipe, as eveyone claimed the mixture was bland. Funny how it wasn't bland for the 32 years they're been eating it!

Pork n' Chili Fixin's

This is my own recipe. I formally used Rotel tomatoes with chilies, but our grocery store of out of it, so I picked up several cans of Rotel Chili Fixin's instead. The recipe tastes so much better. This is best cooked in a crockpot.
