Delicious recipe and went great with our steak. I made it exactly as listed and my anti-veggie husband even ate a decent amount. The next day I reheated the leftovers and it was still tasty.

It was pretty good. The only thing I would change is to reduce the amount of ranch dressing to 3/4 cup. I like that I can use different types of hot sauces to change the flavors though. I used a combination of taco bell sauce, Valentina's, and Frank's Hot Sauce.

If you really like ranch then this is the recipe for you. I like ranch flavor, but maybe this would be better with mustard and relish added to it.

Turkey Rice

This is a great way to use up turkey in a way that doesn't remind you of Thanksgiving. My husband doesn't like leftover turkey, says it has a taste, but he loved this dish. I just had one turkey leg and made half the recipe. I did have to add a lot more broth than expected, but I am pretty sure it's because my pot let out a lot of steam so the broth evaporated. I added more broth, used 1/2 cup rice, and it still worked out great. If you don't want to use the suggested topping, I sprinkled Parmesan cheese on my rice and it was a nice addition.

Fresh Tomato Soup with Crispy Cheese Toast

This was absolutely delicious! I had enough tomatoes from my garden to make a half batch, which was perfect for two people. I wish I had anchovies but I don't keep those on hand. Instead I used a couple dashes if worcestershire sauce. For the bread, I sliced up a french baggett and spread goat cheese on it and topped it with basil. The bread softens just enough when you dip it in the soup just tastes like a grown up grilled cheese and tomato soup. My hubby loved this and I will make it again. It was so easy to make everything. Tip: if your soup is a little too acidic, add a bit of sugar to help balance it out.

Loaded Butternut Squash "Cordon Bleu"

Absolutely delicious dish! I never would have thought to use Dijon with squash. My husband is not a vegetable guy and he was a member of the clean plate club. I only used 6 oz of gruyere because that was the package size and it was plenty. Next time, I would like to try it with mushrooms for a holiday side dish. For those on WW (weight watchers), it was 9 pts (blue plan). If you use less cheese or a low fat white cheddar, you can reduce the points.

Stuffed Hasselback Turkey Breast

This was amazing and perfect for 2 with leftovers for 2 days. I owed the ingredients I already purchased before I found this recipe. I used a 3lb boneless skinless turkey breast that came seasoned (I didn't realize it was seasoned when I bought it, but it all worked out) and box stuffing. I was worried the turkey would dry out since it wasn't cooked in a bag, but it was fine. One tip, make sure your cuts are the same depth, otherwise you may push one section down and lose the turkey between the stuffing. This was delicious and I highly recommend making it.

Chocolate Puddino

Delicious rich and thick chocolatey dessert. I used bittersweet Ghirardelli morals, which are in the 60% range. Be careful when heating the egg mixture. Just a few seconds too long and you could end up with scamebbled eggs (I almost did this). This is very rich so dividing it in 6 portion is just enough for one person. Don't forget the whipped cream either. It adds just the right amount of airy cream to offset the dense chocolate. I made this for Valentine's Day, but it's an easy recipe for any special event or chocolate craving.

The seeds were not done after 15 mins. I had to bake them for another 15 and they still could have used more baking time. The seeds did not have a popping sound yet.
