Like a dark chocolate Reese's bar.
I added 60% cacao chips to the batter and topped the cake with mini marshmallows after taking it from the microwave. The gooey hot marshmallows add an extra dimension to a good microwave cake recipe.
I used the suggestions of using milk instead of water and adding baking soda and the dough turned out wonderfully. The rolls were soft and fluffy after steaming. Mmmm.
