I went to culinary school and graduated in 2003. I love to cook, but I love to eat even more. After culinary school, I worked in the wine industry. I was a wine consultant in training for an upscale wine store in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA. My boss was crazy so I quit and now work in an office. I received my level 2 sommelier certification with the International Sommelier Guild. I will probably have to move to California if I want to find a wine job.
Broccoli and Stuffing Casserole

I really liked this recipe. It had lots of flavor and I didn't have to add much seasoning because the stuffing added a lot. The only thing I would change is wait until the last 15 minutes to add the cheese so it will stay soft and not dry out.

Potato Cheese Soup

Very tasty and easy to make. The only suggestion is to make it with more liquid. The left overs is more like mashed potatoes.

Pasta swells up to double the size the next day so it turns into a pasta dish. Do half amount of recommended pasta. Very good especially next day.

I thought this soup was super. The only thing I didn't have on hand was the tahini. I figured it was for thickening the soup so I just made a slurry. It had great floavor and the corriander gave it a great finish.
