I'm a single mother of a 15-year-old boy, and I'm an acupuncturist, herbalist, nutritionist, and teacher. Cooking and baking has always been a passion of mine. I grew up in Germany and always remember those cold winter nights, cooking or baking in the kitchen with my mother. I also love gardening and growing the food I cook. I'm very passionate about local, seasonal foods, and am involved with the local seed library and learning garden.
