I made this with almond milk. A low cal option, and left out the vanilla flavoring because the almond milk has flavor.
I used powdered sugar and put everything through a sifter, made the mix very homogeneous. Try flavors of powdered creamer.
I used store bought pecan sandies and no icing … easy & fabulous!
I used shredded Parmesan and Mrs Dashes garlic and herb for seasoning. Just parchment paper, no non-stick spray. Easy!
Very easy! I added 1 1/4 cup of flour by accident & it turned out fine, next to no spread.
