I made this but did not measure anything. I sprinkled what I felt was right of all the suggested items. It was delicious!!! I will be making this often.
Best recipe. Curious though why the recipe doesn't say it makes 2 loaves, not one.
I have made these twice, cooking third time right now. They are exactly what you would expect from genuine Italian meatballs. My husband couldn't rave about them enough and he isn't a raver about food. Lol. I need to note the first time l made them l used Polish Sausage Links. I had no other pork. Took the meat out of the casings. They were out of this world. I bought the links from Grass Roots Farmers Cooperative on line.
