1 pkg chopped spinach thawed and drained
1 can arichoke hearts drained and chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts
12 oz tuna drained
3 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder (more if desired)
1/8 tsp pepper
salt to taste
16 oz pkg rotini noodles cooked and drained
2 T melted butter
1 cup cornflake crumbs

Instructions Checklist

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a large bowl combine all ingredients except noodles, butter and crumbs. Stir til well blended. Fold in rotini and stir to combine. Turn into oven safe casserole dish. Combine butter and crumbs and sprinkle over casserole. Bake 45 minutes until bubbly.
