Wonderful! Together, my boyfriend and I ate 6 of them. The leftovers, to my surprise, didn't get soggy in the fridge. Perfect midnight snack!! mmmmmm!

These cookies were so delicious. I made them for my family, but ended up eating most of them myself. I didn't make sandwiches out of them, because they were addictive enough as is. I don't think I will be making more of these soon, or else I'm going to get really fat!
This is really wonderful...and really easy to make! I was skeptical when I put it in the oven, but it turned out just fantastic! It was devoured almost instantaneously! My only problem was that it was way a bit too salty, so just be careful that your salami and prosciutto aren't too salty!
What a wonderfully simple recipe! People have actually told me I should consider opening an apple pie busines... I added a lot more cinnamon, and halfway through sprinkled a mixture of melted butter and maple syrup on top of the crumble! It was so fantastic! If only I knew pie-making was this easy, I would have started much earlier!
I must have done something wrong...this tasted almost like peanut butter cookie dough. I also don't think it was creamy enough. Hopefully you will have better luck than I did.

I'll admit I was skeptical. But this recipe is fantastic, I added a touch more sugar and vanilla because I like my cakes really sweet! I frosted it with peanut butter icing and it was absolutely amazing!! Thanks for this recipe!
