High Protein Yogurt

This is a great high-protein, low-fat treat! With no sugar or sweeteners added! You can use whatever type of yogurt you have handy, and any flavour protein powder. My favourite powders to use are chocolate truffle and french vanilla - mixed into any vanilla or berry fat free yogurt! My husband likes to water them down a little, and freeze them into yogurt-pops!

Ultra-Quick Peanut Butter Frosting Fudge

This microwave recipe is a perfect fix for people who are too lazy to make fudge the old-fashioned way. I had an extra tub of vanilla frosting after making cupcakes for a bake sale, and this recipe was the perfect way to use it up! Feel free to substitute the vanilla frosting with chocolate for yummy chocolate peanut-butter fudge!
