PEPPAHMINT

I just made this for a birthday party and everyone *raved* about them and said I should open a cookie shop. I followed the directions exactly, but baked for 20 minutes and the texture was perfect, a little crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. I definitely reccomend these!
