Why do so many comments start out, "great recipe!" Then detail how they changed everything? This was just fine as-is in my nuker. A minute-forty on high, scoop of vanilla ice cream, and Bob's your uncle. Not a perfect brownie, but it isn't supposed to be. It's quick, rich, and chocolatey.
These are just amazing. I was concerned about the onions, so made less than a dozen eggs, but will be doing the rest of them shortly. These are "slap yo' momma" good!!!

Absolutely the best ever. I've been searching and experimenting for years, and this recipe just brought all that to an end. The only thing I did differently was the topping. I glazed with ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar.
Great recipe, made as written, no substitutions, just cut it back for two servings. Might make some tweaks next time, but this was my first attempt at stuffed peppers. I was really happy with the result.
I followed the instructions as written, but the caramel sauce stuff over the latticed pie and, well, it just kind of set up. Didn’t soak in, didn’t flow through to the filling, Judd kind of set there on top. It looks pretty, but am concerned how the pie’s going to be with plain Granny Smith apples inside and a Carmel saucy covering. Hoping for the best!
