This has marvelous flavor! I made minor changes: browned the meat in a pan, then added to crock pot. Eliminated tomato paste and sugar. Followed remaining directions and cooked on low 6 hours. About 1 hour before done, I removed 3/4 c of juice and let cool, then added 4-5 T flour. Whisked the juice and flour and added to the crock pot. Mixed well and let simmer the last hour. Served with wide egg noodles. Delish! My son-in-law had 3 servings!! Everyone else had at least 2.
This recipe is super good. Ground turkey dishes are often bland, but this is wonderful. I've made these several times and added a bit of poultry seasoning to the mix. That added just the right touch for us.
Excellent! Made them with my chocolate crazy granddaughter. She loved them.
Yummy! Made them with my grandson who loves lemon blueberry. Turned out moist and tasty.
Very good. I used butter flavor shortening to prevent excessive spreading and that worked well, but the flavor wasn't as buttery as I like. Will likely do 1/2 and 1/2 next time. Baked for about 10 minutes; might try 9 next time for a bit more chewiness.
This is a winner. I used 1/4 c maple syrup instead of brown sugar and it was great!
This was a very flavorful Sloppy Joe. The touch of cocoa powder is perfection, and the consistency is moist but not runny. Will make again.
This is a very moist banana bread; very rich. I tripled the recipe (had 8 very ripe bananas; used 6) and it still turned out very well. It made two regular sized loaves plus 3 mini loaves. I did substitute Greek yogurt for the sour cream as I had no sour cream on hand. Yummy! My grandkids loved it!
